After training for five years at Chamalières’ catering school, Fabien Gauthierwent on with perfecting his skills as part of the top restaurants’ teams such as :
Troisgros in Roanne,
Georges Blanc in Vonnas
and one year’s work for the Ministry of Home Affairs in Paris.
He decided however to settle in the region where he was born in 2002. Since then, by the side of his wife Carine,
he has constantly been making sure his cuisine evolves for the best in their restaurant Le Moulin de Rongefer, and is now hoping to satisfy and exceed your expectations
